Important information
Economy shipping (no tracking): this option does not include tracking. In case of delay, loss or non-delivery, we will do our best to help, but the carrier may not be able to provide further details. Please note that Momenta cannot be held responsible for incidents or losses occurring once the parcel has been handed over to the postal services.
Carrier delays: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s workload. If you notice an unusual delay, contact us — we’ll assist you and open a claim if needed.
Wrong address / uncollected parcel: if the address is incorrect, or if the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, any new shipping fees needed to reship the order will be at the customer’s expense.
Returns
Each piece is engraved carefully, making every item unique.
👉 Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of defect or damage.
If your product has an issue, contact us here within 7 days with a photo.
Non-personalized items
You may return non-custom items within 14 days if they are:
- New, unworn and unaltered
- In their original packaging
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it is our mistake.
