Can I customize my tag with my own text?
Yes! On customizable product pages, you can choose to personalize your Shoe Tags or Watch Tags. You can engrave any text you like — a word, name, date, or motivational quote — to create your own message.
Can you engrave emojis or symbols?
We can engrave simple symbols such as hearts, stars, or suns. Please avoid complex or decorative characters, as they may not appear clearly when engraved.
Any ideas for what to engrave?
Yes — names, dates, goals, mantras, inside jokes… everything works as long as it means something to you. For inspiration, check this article: Message ideas.
Is it a good gift for a runner?
Yes. A tag is a small, meaningful gift that runners can wear on every run. It’s a thoughtful way to motivate, support, or celebrate a milestone.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes ✨ We offer a €1.50 gift packaging option in a nice pouch, with the possibility to add a personal note.
What if I make a mistake in my text?
Please double-check your text before confirming your order. Personalized products cannot be modified or returned once engraving has started. If you have any doubt, contact us before placing your order: hello@momentastore.com.

What are the delivery times?

How can I track my order?

Does the tag stay in place while running?
Yes. Tags are designed to stay in place while running and not disturb your movement.
What material are the tags made of?
All our tags are made from high-quality stainless steel, which is durable, waterproof, and resistant to sweat and time.
How do I care for my tag?
Simply wipe it with a soft cloth or damp wipe to clean it. Avoid using abrasive products to preserve the engraving. We also recommend avoiding long or frequent exposure to sand, and preventing friction against rough or abrasive surfaces (ground, walls, rocks, etc.) to limit micro-scratches and keep your tag looking its best over time.
Do the tags fit all watches and shoes?
Our Shoe Tags fit most standard flat or round laces.
Our Watch Tags come in several sizes (22, 24, and 26 mm). A “Find My Size” tool is available on the product pages to help you choose the right one. Make sure your watch strap thickness does not exceed 3 mm, so the tag fits perfectly.
What’s the difference between Shoe Tags and Watch Tags?
Shoe Tags attach to your running shoe laces, while Watch Tags are worn on your watch strap. Both let you carry a meaningful engraved message during your workouts.
Where are Momenta tags made?
All tags are made and engraved in our workshop in Barcelona.

What’s the point of a Shoe Tag during a run?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
If engraving hasn’t started yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order before shipping?
Yes, only if engraving hasn’t started yet.
What if I chose the wrong size?
For non-personalized items, an exchange is possible within 14 days. Return shipping costs and new shipping fees are at your expense. For personalized items, exchanges are not possible.
Can I return an item?
Personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect or damage upon delivery. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging. More info: Shipping & Returns.
